Tom Braxton has been an EMC engineer for over 20 years. He was
the lead EMC & ESD engineer for the network switching organizations
of AT&T and Lucent Technologies from 1980 to 2001. He is NARTE
certified as an EMC engineer and an ESD engineer. He holds an
MSEE from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BSEET
from Purdue University.

Mr. Roy Leventhal is an independent consultant specializing
in simulation, signal integrity, EMI, RF circuit design, SPICE,
S-Parameter & IBIS semiconductor modeling, device physics,
quality, component reliability and failure analysis.
Roy earned his MSEE at Illinois Institute of Technology and
did postgraduate studies in semiconductor device physics at
Santa Clara University and Fairchild Semiconductor R&D.
His postgraduate studies include RF microwave circuit design
at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
During his career, Roy has worked as a RF designer in military
electronics, as a component engineer with GE Medical, as a reliability
and failure analysis specialist at Tektronix, and as a Signal
Integrity Engineer at Cadence Design Systems and at 3Com.
