Elite’s New Vibe Table Arrives and Immediately Starts Testing

Arriving October 13^th on a flatbed truck from Connecticut, a new T-2000 Unholtz-Dicke vibration table was carted into place to begin its role as Elite’s premire electro-dynamic vibration machine. Having now been installed and commissioned the new table is already up and running vibration tests.  

This new Elite electro-dynamic vibration machine is one of the the largetst and most capable vibration tables available in the midwest for an independent test lab.  A few of the unique features of this machine include 25,000 pounds of vector force, a 48”x48” slip table with linear guide bearings, a 17” armature capable of 3” displacment,  and a 36” x36” head expander with 1,900lb automatic load table supports.

With this 25K machine we can test even higher-G random and sine vibration tests and on heavier payloads. Plus with the 3” displacement capabiliy we’re able to run tests at high G levels at the lower end of the vibration spectrum.     We can also proudce higher mechanical shock pulse amplitudes than ever before on an electo-dynamic machine.  This new vibe table also expands Elite’s capablitis to now perform  Shock Repsonse Spectrum (SRS) and Pyro Shock testing.
