Most testing projects require the Device Under Test (DUT) to interface mechanically and/or electrically to support equipment or to an automated actuator that simulates life cycling stresses. These interfaces come in the form of vibration and shock fixtures, life cycling machines, as well as electrical monitoring and automated control systems, or data acquisition instrumentation.

Fixture Design
From product CAD files we receive from you, Elite can begin the process of developing and optimizing mechanical fixtures to interface your product with our vibration and shock machines. Using the power of Solid Works CAD software, Elite engineers can read in your product CAD file, design an appropriate fixture, then download our fixture files to the CNC machine tool.
Elite can “read-in” most CAD files into Solid Works to begin development of the fixture.
Once the fixture is designed, a copy of the fixture is provided to the client for approval. The fixture design then sent to Elite’s CNC machine tooling partner. Manufacturing of the fixture is quickly and efficiently completed.
Life-Cycling Tools & Test Automation
From your product specifications and reliability requirements Elite engineers can design and build machines that mechanically cycle the test item and apply fatigue stress and wear stress that are representative of real life use. These fixtures can be designed for testing at ambient condition or at environmental extremes.
