Background

Ms. Russo is our Finance Manager. She also manages customer relations and supports the overall business–including securing purchase orders and equipment for testing. Elaine received her B.S. in Business and Urban Studies (1982) from Elmhurst College and two M.B.A. degrees in Business from Keller Graduate School of Management–Business (2006) and Human Resource Management (2013). Elaine has also earned a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Elaine has been with Elite since 2003.
