Background

As Business Development Manager, Michael works with sales management to help lead Elite’s business development and customer engagement efforts, while leading the company’s marketing initiatives. He is also a member of Elite’s Strategic Planning Team and works closely with the sales and engineering teams to connect customers with Elite’s technical expertise and testing capabilities.

With nearly 15 years of technical sales and business development experience within the engineering industry, Michael has worked with customers across a wide range of industries and applications. His experience spans Elite’s core testing services, including EMC/EMI, Environmental Stress, Vibration, Photometric, and Wireless Testing.

Michael is active with SAE and represents Elite at major industry events across the country, with a particular interest in the automotive, aerospace, and space industries. He leads Elite’s digital marketing and brand strategy, trade show program, technical marketing content, and customer outreach efforts, while regularly hosting customers, industry events, and training programs at Elite.

Michael earned a BS in Business Administration and Management from Illinois State University in 2011. He has been with Elite since 2017 and is focused on strengthening customer relationships, developing new opportunities, and expanding awareness of Elite’s capabilities and expertise.
