Proof of Citizenship Requirements

• U.S. Citizens may be asked to show proof of citizenship. Acceptable forms of ID: Valid State-issued driver’s license;  US Passport/Passcard, Certificate of Naturalization, or Certificate of U.S. Citizenship
• Non-U.S. Citizens are required to show a valid passport.

Visitor Safety Policy and Guidelines

Elite’s top priority is the safety of all of our key stakeholders and their families, including our employees and customers. To ensure we are providing a safe and healthy work environment, we are continuing necessary precautions for customers visiting our facilities, in accordance with CDC and ILDPH guidelines:

• Face coverings are REQUIRED for visitors and employees who have had COVID-19 within the past 5 days. Face coverings are OPTIONAL for all other visitors and employees.
  
• We ask that you be diligent and practice good hygiene by washing hands regularly and avoiding contact with others.
• We ask if you are sick that you stay at home. Please be sure to report changes to your schedule and absenteeism.
• Please report any positive COVID-19 test results to Elaine Russo (630-495-9770 x 159) that occur within 5 days of your visit.
•  Additionally,
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): The customer must comply with posted signs and verbal instructions regarding the use of PPE.
  • Apparel:  The customers working in the lab shall wear long pants, appropriate attire for protection in the thermal chambers and bench areas and shoes that cover the entire foot.
  • Tool and Machine Shop:  Only Elite personnel may operate machinery in the shop area.
  • Setups and Disassembly: Only Elite personnel may make/break connections at power sources and complete/disassemble setups and test setups.
